Job Summary:
To further develop the growth of Colourman, we are seeking few Customer Relations Executive, who will be responsible for handling customers’ calls and Enquiries. This position requires an individual who demonstrates the ability to resolve customer issues independently while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Besides having the ability to work independently, candidates should have excellent communications skills with a pleasant personality and are highly-motivated.

Responsibilities:
• To handle customer inquiries received via all channels proactively in accordance with the company’s service standards and policies.
• To analyze customer feedbacks & needs
• To provide effective business solutions to resolve the consumer’s issue. Actively propose customer satisfaction/recovery solutions
• To monitor and manage daily orders-related matters
• To provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding Colourman Online Ordering System.

Requirements:
• Strong command of English, Bahasa Melayu (multi language will be an added advantage)
• Preferred skill(s): Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Administration/Clerical/Secretarial
• Pleasant disposition. Good telephone etiquette
• Ability to interface with customers via phone, email and other forms of written communication
• Good time management, good coordination and organizational skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Applicants must be willing to be based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
